Annual Dermatology Symposium

The 2025 Dermatology Symposium will take place on Friday, April 25, 2025, at the Sheraton Refuge Hotel and Conference Center in Flowood, MS. Check-in begins at 9:00 AM. An agenda will be provided in the coming weeks. 

Registration: 

A link to registration will be available here in January 2025. Participant registration and sponsor package information are provided below. 

Participant Registration:

• Provider Participant (MD, DO, NP, etc.)
  • $100 fee
• Trainee Participant (medical students, residents, fellows, etc.)
  • FREE

Sponsor Packages:

• Platinum $5,000
  • Corporate signage in a prime location in the venue - exhibitor's primary choice
  • Premium booth space in high traffic area/meal and break space
  • Two 6' tables, four chairs, and meals
  • Recognition on the website and in registrant packets
  • Verbal acknowledgment to participants at the beginning of the event
  • Four exhibitor badges with platinum designation

• Gold $3,500
  • Corporate signage in a prime location in the venue - exhibitor's choice after platinum,
  • Premium booth space in high traffic area/meal and break space
  • One 6' table, three chairs, and meals
  • recognition on the website and in registrant packets
  • Verbal acknowledgment to participants at the beginning of the event
  • Three exhibitor badges with gold designation

• Silver $2,000
  • Corporate signage in exhibitor space
  • Booth space in a high traffic area
  • One 6' table, two chairs, and meals
  • Recognition on the website and in registrant packets
  • Two exhibitor badges with silver designation
